No constant power on Dome light and headlights are on when running

Hey TW. I got two issues and this happened after i installed a push start button alarm. Everything works fine with the exception of the dome light no longer gets constant power so it doesn’t turn on until i put the ignition on ACC/On. Also when the engine is running the headlights are on.

Can someone tell me where the constant power wire feeding the dome light for 2002 Tacoma ext cab?
