I don’t know if anyone else has experienced this but without cruise control my truck drives totally normal on the highway. I drove over 300 miles today without cruise control and my truck wasn’t shifting back and forth at all. I live at 5500 ft and drive over mountains that are 10,000ft. I couldn’t believe the difference. My MPGs were better as well.

The fix is the 1.05 tune. It’s fixed cruise control and non CC driving.

IMHO For my truck it’s the cruise control overreacting to the changes in speed. It even down shifts much smoother if you modulate the pedal yourself. It was a huge difference for my truck.

My truck drives totally normal even when I am using cruise control.

It'll shift when appropriate. I get decent MPG so I'm happy.
