No hardware with OME rear shocks?

I bought a OME kit with just add a leafs and shocks for the rear and the shocks came with bushings only. I did not get the concave washers on each side of the rubber bushings, do I need these? Or do I just install them with the rubber and stock single washer/bolt?

When I got mine from Wheelers I got everything I needed to install them without re-using any stock washers.

Obviously the stock eye bolts were still used, though.
