I just picked up a brand new tonneau cover from Toyota today for my 2017 long bed and when I opened the boxes I couldn't find any hardware. Does anyone know if hardware is included or you have to purchase it separately?

My cover doesn't have any hardware except one bolt to hold it on. You'll need to change out the top side caps of the bed. That's where the latches are for the cover

Is yours from OEM one as well? I looked online and it does seems like it will need hardware. I will be surprised it toyota doesn't provide hardware with $800 tonneau cover.

Yes mine is OEM but was already installed when I bought it. The cover should have the latches built in but the bed tops are different because they have the posts the latches grab onto. I'll take pictures tomorrow if you want. It's too dark now. The cover only has one bolt holding it on. the latches keep it on so they can be folded.
