True, we all make mistakes but I don't like how the dealership blew it off. I guess testing HVAC operation may not be part of the final inspection. I'm hoping the reliability of mine will be astonishing too. I bought mine just last year with about 146k miles on it. Like you said, it seems like the kind of truck to depend on for quite a while.
