No heat on my feet

    So, how well do your rigs push air to your floor? Mine wants to leak some to the windshield vents and dash vents when set to the floor. It's comes out down low, but is pretty weak. Hot/cold is fine, I'm just dealing with a damper issue, or maybe it's "normal"?

    Mine is the same. Just no real strength at the bottom. Dash blows like crazy tho.

    I think there is a TSB out for something to do with the vent direction lever? Look it up.

    bucket seats grille craft mesh grille and lights behind grille
    When I have mine on just the floor it works great and it leaks a little through the other vents but not enough to notice. Check your heater box maby it's got some debri in it

    Believe the proper term for the part in question is blend door, and it sounds like its not working

    yep, there are several older thread on this that show up on the search. It's about a $1,000, 2 day job at the dealer.

    Dunno, thought that switching it to the floor vent was supposed to direct air to the windshield, floor and side vents. Kind of like defrost without using the A/C. Didn't know there was a TSB for this. Thought I read it was supposed to work this way. :notsure:

    On my blazer i jammed a coat hanger up the vent to open it
