    Original mature adult owner. Special allocation to Precision Toyota per request. Picked up Jan 2014 with 3 miles on the odometer. 4WD Sport DCSB with factory JBL. Non-smoking family, no pets or kids. Has only ever been off pavement on dirt roads to exercise front drive system. Currently 40,366 miles. First oil change at 2k miles with conventional oil, then Mobil 1 synthetic every 5k miles (max). Premium fuel since new. List of upgrades below totaling over $20K. Have records and receipts. 100% reliable, rarely driven in boost. Always garaged. Waxed every 6 months. Intention is my retirement vehicle so only ever driven to work, and meticulously cared for so it will last my lifetime. The best upgrades I can find after many hours of research, no matter the cost. Unexpected life changes has me considering a sale. Please no negative responses. I know every other 2nd gen is cheaper if price is a factor to you. But if you are looking for a 2nd gen Tacoma thats in new condition, has been thoughtfully upgraded, and proven reliable, PM me.

    Could you clarify what "rarely driven in boost" means? My understanding of superchargers is that due to being engine-driven, they are making boost near-constantly from very low rpms.

    The TRD supercharger incorporates a bypass valve that will bypass boost until a certain pressure is reached. The engine is still pulling vacuum at idle and moderate throttle. Drives like a regular normally aspirated Tacoma till you lay into the throttle.

    Where did you get the UG mount?? I would love to do that with mine since I don't use the compass/temp anyways

    Thanks all.

    I measured the factory sunglass holder, then created a modified 3D model. 3D printed it at my old work. Sanded, textured, and vinyl dyed it. Had to go through a few iterations to get to this stage. Unfortunately, I lost the files for the UG mount and the snorkel when I changed jobs.

    Technically it is open only at idle to let the SC freewheel and also opens on throttle lifts. When depressing the throttle it right away closes progressively the more it’s depressed so you’re statement “rarely driven under boost” isn’t correct. These chargers are designed to build boost immediately off idle.

    I'm in my 50's and don't identify with street racing, but I was leaving work late one night, and this Tundra Pro was tailgating. When I pull up to the light, he starts lunging. I had the supercharger less than 2 months (stock y-pipe, pulley, and fuel pump). I said lets see what things got. At 60 before I let off, I was half a truck length ahead. No matter what the technical details are, when that boost hits, it moves! Otherwise just another slow coma. I still average 19 something MPG's.
