Got my mounts in the mail today from Chris, could not believe the quality of these things. The welding, thickness, and finish on the mounts are beyond top notch.

Well I litteraly just got the word back from Arc Light, and will be getting on their list to get a new CNC Plasma table for my shop! If you don't know anything about plasma tables, Arc Light is the best in the business. Now that I will be able to cut parts in house I will be starting sales on these again. Still probably about 6 weeks out on parts.

I ordered up a 4x8' Arc Light Dynamics table. They have a class included when you pick it up. I looked at a lot of tables. I know a bunch of people in the business in San Diego from when I used to work out there. They all seemed to go with Arc Light and the cut quality is second to none! They also seemed to have the most complete package. They don't really hit you with a bunch of add ons that should be standard equipment like height control, water table, or software. It is all included and standard and I like that they didn't try to make the price appear lower by making these items "add ons" like others do. I take delivery on 29 April and I am hoping to be cutting parts by mid May!

Awesome stuff! I'm curious for different applications but I wonder if they also make milling cnc machines or just laser... Id like one for Cutting knives and tools and i hear laser will case harden the edges where it cuts... This only really matters for knife edge retention...

Tormach beats you over the head with add on prices... I been drooling over a pcnc for a couple years but can't see paying 13000+ for what i want... Just for my hobby lol...

I'm going way off topic i apologize brother!! Congrats again, I'd be dancing all over the shop deliver day. :D

No worries! The Arc Light is plasma not laser. The laser machines are 6 figures... I can't make that happen. I am not sure if plasma does the same thing to the edge, I am sure you could google it rather quickly. If plasma doesn't then let me know, I can cut you a batch of blanks for much cheaper than the cost of a machine, haha.

Should be in May. I am not able to say a more exact date until I get my new CNC plasma in my position.

They will run just about any LED that has a 32" mounting width. Rigids will fit as I know others have used them.

Cali raised LEDs are what I call the middle ground. They are way better than the cheap eBay junk out there, but aren't on the level as the Rigids. They are good LEDs that put out a good amount of light and they are weather resistant. I think you get a great LED without spending the Rigid money.

I have the cali raised 3d.... My brother in law has a cheap Amazon led... Same size... The difference in build quality is amazing. The cali raised also appears to throw more light. Not by much though... The real difference is the build quality and feel.

I'm Not knocking the cheapo lights... They have their place as well imo... I got a cheap ebay led sitting here waiting to be mounted to a boat... If i lose it... Or it suffers water damage.... I'm out less than 40 bucks...

But i wouldn't put it on my brand New truck lol
