I have Thule (sorry not for sale) and they're awesome. I used to have them on KB bars too (switched to Mobtown). Here's a photo for reference.

 

Thanks for sharing! I'm looking for a similar setup. What did you use to mount?

 

Mounting is super simple. Use the bolts, square washers and wingnuts provided in the first photo. The bolts mount from the bottom of the KB bars, up through the ski rack and the wing nuts tighten down from the inside of the Thule rack. Once you close and lock the Thule rack, the wing nuts are hidden and can't be accessed (without the key).

I'd try looking on CL or ebay. Those Thule racks can be found for cheap on the used market.

 

Thanks man appreciate the help. I actually picked up a Yakima FreshTrack 4, but I need a way to mount directly to the bars as the clamps provide are too small for the bars. This is a good idea and I'm going to try to DIY a mount.
