I'm a smooth negotiator.... he started at 70 I offered and he took it ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Now I need to start a thread to figure out what everyone runs for their kids offroad.

Since you have a tonneau, the top of the wheel arch is a great place for a race jack! Just use a few quick fists and 1/4 hardware.

That tire change was around that same area as yours  glad you found Kevin as entertaining as I do.

Nice. I'll have to check into that. I've always ran some kind of aftermarket jack but never had room for a floor jack. I've seen some skid plates and mounts for them to.

I also have a writeup somewhere about how to adapt pro eagle jack accessories to the 1.5 ton HF jacks

Today I was able to get the DMM installed. Instead of their mounts I used some from TACKFORM
Their arms and their Cell Phone mount is top notch and holds the phone really well while still being one hand in and out.
The radio mount is a work in progress. I'm still working out what I want to do with that. The beauty of this system is once I figure that out I can mount my Nav tablet there instead. https://www.tackform.com/collection...at-for-docking-your-device-in-cars-and-trucks

And Nick over TACKFORM is super helpful. Told him I needed to figure out some way to mount the kids tablet for longer trips. If you've got a toddler getting to and from trails is a pain when they start getting bored. As you can tell her feet like to kick the back of the chair so I needed a way to get her fire tablet up behind the headrest so she did not kick it. I also wanted to be able to easily reach the tablet and take it down for when a show runs out or what not. Nick suggested this kit and its perfect. This will work in any rig as it bolts to the headrest pole. Here is the link. Its a great kit. Highly recommend.

I don't want to be annoying on the other thread.
So you installed cigarette lighter receptacle behind dash and then plug in qualcomm charger and route wires thru DMM?

Not behind the dash. Under the center console. The wires that run into the center console are pretty obvious which ones are power. FB_IMG_1546799378948.jpghere is an example but not mine.
I routed the usb cable down behind the stereo and here so I didnt have to pull any other panels.

Talk about lucky. The team at hooked me up. Back in 16 I went and volunteered at OverlandExpo East. While there I was sitting with discussing who and how we were going to get and from the airport. While we were there telling big lies a group of younger men came up and shook my hand. One guy said "Hey . Love the show man" I said "Hey man. I'm not Clay. I just do all his stunts." I can kinda see where they would have made that mistake.
Well the point of this story is that was the day I got my favorite hat from them. Well it is in rough shape. So I tried to order another one. Website shows sold out. So I placed an order for some patches instead. (the buff outs are not from them)

Well I sent them an email explaining how my hat had seen better days. A very sweet lady named Niki emailed me back and she was able to find one last hat and sent it to me. And that's why it was a lucky day for me 1f642_05768d834a50aaef21a168532875b50b3acaaad9.png:)

If you haven't seen the show you really need to. Its great. [IMG]

Today was a productive day for spending money.

    Lift kit is mostly here.
Picked up the fronts and dakar packs from Kurt at cruiser outfitters.
@Wheeler's Off-Road Inc is getting me the rear shocks and extended brake lines to make those dakars really flex.
Talked to Jason at Expedition One and were working on a slider package next week.
@Mobtown Offroad has a set of bed bars on the way to me. Fingers crossed I get them before I head to King of the Hammers.20190111_141907.jpg

In prep for installing the lift I did some preventative measures to keep the dakars from squeaking.

And I finally set up my garage since I just moved in and havent used it much yet.

    Lift and tires are done.
And my little man is here.
So gonna be a bit before I get to more pics.
285s fit perfect. But I still have the b110s and some other things to do. But after we get settled into routine with the new baby.
