A few Tonneau covers for sale in 6 months? For sure. Sounds like it's a CAFE thing.

Only idiots buy a truck and then sell it 6 months later though. You may as well light your money on fire for heat if you think that's an option.

    OK
You never specified whether you were talking about the truck or the cover. You can't start a new paragraph and use pro nouns or vague references and assume everyone will think the way you do.

Sorry Sterdog, I made the assumption that folks would not go out and sell a 6 month old truck because they did not like the Tonneau Cover, I made the assumption that they would remove the Tonneau Cover and try and sell it, while keeping the truck.

Power seats are only good to me if they have a memory function.

The power seats in the 15 Colorado I drove were terrible. When you raised the seat, the seat bottom tilted forward and tried to push you onto the floor boards. I would rather have manual seat controls than have that.

I hate power seats. Takes 30 minutes for it to move from all the way up to all the way back. Ain't nobody got time for that

By all the way up do you mean all the way forward? Why is it in that position in the first place?

Obviously we dont want power just for forward and back, come on dude. Its about the different ways you can move a power seat- higher and lower, tilt the front up and lower the back... it wouldnt even need to be power, like in my gf's volkswagen golf you pull/push a lever to raise and lower the seat.

In my wife's car she has memory seats. There is the button on the side of the seat but also when you get out and lock the car, next time you use that key to unlock the door it puts the seat (and the mirrors) in the same position. That is not new space age technology... It's nice for us since she is almost a foot shorter than me. Don't the 4runners have power seats? I get that some people don't like them but some do and isn't that the whole reason for options?

...Just a thought...but my brother has an access-cab tundra, and if someone sits in the back....ya gotta move the front seat up so they can get out more comfortably and easily...

...So aside from it being a cost-cutting possibility.....it might be a time-consideration in that a power-seat would take too long for someone to get out of the back quickly?......just sayin?....

Or access cabs are not for people who regularly carry back seat passengers.

I don't mind no option of power seats. I never really liked them because they're so slow. HOWEVER, I want a Tacoma with a rear power window like the new Tundras. Those are the sweetest gimmick ever.

Agreed. As long as the seats are comfortable thats all that matters. Power back window would be great.

I think they should be on option in this price range. I wouldn't get them personally though. My wife has a nice new Volvo XC60 to drive, she doesn't need to drive my truck.

Pointless, your $35,000 - $40,000 newly designed 2016 Tacoma truck has inferior seats (manual or otherwise) when compared to a $15,000 Yaris...

Some of us would like the choice to "raise and lower" at least the driver's seat (manually)...

The constant "mudding of the waters on this most basic feature" makes me think some of these posts are from Sweers' deflection team... (confuse the issue)

So then, the GoPro camera mount however, is what everyone has been begging for "yippie"...

I guess Toyoda management, figured Tacoma owner's had no idea double sided tape or suction cups ever existed if you wanted to have a GoPro on board... BIG BONUS the Yaris does NOT have a GoPro mount yet...

I am 5'5" and I am a full arms length away from the steering wheel. I never could understand how some people are hugging the steering wheel. Very dangerous in several ways. I still believe there should be an 8 way power drivers seat. When I pay $35K plus there should be a power seat if not dual power seats.

I'm trying to stay positive on this truck and was fully expecting to buy one. But this nickle and dime bullshit needs to stop. Reminds me of when Sprint was the most powerful telecom. They did anything they wanted and took their customers for granted. Now look where they are.

No power seats? It's not that I'm lazy, but power seats allow for incremental changes to exact seat position. Not to mention I'm sorry, no power seats are associated with cheap cars. REALLY cheap ones.

I feel like Toyota has taken the "They'll buy anything stamped with Tacoma" approach. I was unhappy to hear about drum brakes, but now no power seats? You put a damn gimmicky Go Pro mount and you can't add power seats?

I refuse on principle alone to spend more than $35,000 on a car in 2015 that doesn't have f**king power seats. What's next? Manual windows? Why not just make it so we have to go outside to start the car?
