no radiator cap! how to see if its low on water?

    used to have - 99 2.4L I4 5 lug & 04 prerunner v6
    yep, no problems or overheating and she put about 100 miles on it today so.... I guess its all ok.

    its just that, well you guys know how it is, with most womens cars when you cant personally maintain and keep watch over, they like to show up one day and say things like "the oil light has been flashing for 6 months and now the engine is making funny noises, can you check it for me" :eek:

    so I try to watch over her

    I figure this thread is wrapped up then and nothing to worry about anymore, thanks to everyone for trying to help

    Tacoma is stock and staying that way, Pickup is TBA as of now.
    It should have an overflow tank somewhere that shows the level. This thread should be in general automotive too btw.
