No start after replacing head gasket

I am getting about 200 rpm and it won’t start or backfire if I put starting fluid or carb cleaner in the intake

 

Verify you have power at your coils on Pin 1 Black/Red and ground on Pin 4 White/Black with the key on.

 

Injector pulse will tell you everything

 

I was getting 12.5 ohms in all 4

 

No, pulse, like when your cranking the engine you should have pulsing power and or ground at injector.

Easy way without a noid light is take a taillight bulb and bend the little leads out and put them in injector plug, when cranking if you see the bulb flash that means your cam and crank sensors are doing their job.
