I'd suggest going back to the stock UCA, and get back to Toyota reliability! The more aftermarket parts you replace, the less reliable it becomes.

I will not go backwards, JBA is a better UCA then stock. The principle of staying stock is a sound one.
There are so much better aftermarket parts that adds great improvements.

AFTERMARKETS Shock absorbers is the first that comes to my mind. Second is the UCA .

A stock Tacoma going off roads is a very strong truck, still limited by its ground clearance and its suspension system, There is a need for aftermarket parts.

It maybe a good idea to re-align and using the JBA specs. I do not want to paid for another alignment.

Kona , Hawaii alignment cost , one shop quote $129, Did not carry the tires size I needed, appointment one week. The second tire shop I went to cost $149 wheel alignment but they had the tires i needed and it was done that day.
My son is coming back from his vacation the very next day.

Kona , Hawaii. Most of the popular tires sizes is very limited on hand. Sells out fast. The 275/70r/17 BFG KO 2 A/T, they had 9 left and expect to be sold out within the next three days.

Minor trimming may solve the problem of tire rubs, happen only on off roading, making turns. None on highways.

Thank you again for the help and suggestions. Much appreciated.

Having the same issue with my truck, I just lifted with a Toytec Aluma suspension kit, 3" lift with JBA UCAs. The alignment shop did not do a good job, 3 degrees on the left and 4 on the right for caster. I'm thinking things have shifted on the right side because that's where the tires are rubbing on my UCAs the worst (Falken Wildpeaks, 255/85/R16). Any input would be appreciated.

What offset are your wheels? That is what causes rubbing on the UCA.

You make no mention of having done the required mods to clear bigger tires without rubbing.

nor what the measured value specifications of your alignment are to gauge and diagnose the issue.

this is yet another classic example of garbage in garbage out.
You input garbage information and as a result will get nothing out of it.

if I did this type of complete lack of measuring in a properly-run professional environment, I would be fired on the spot.

“I got an alignment” does not mean you go an alignment.
Every alignment is different. “I got an alignment” does not tell me what your caster is, which is the most important measurement regarding rubber.

I can put my truck on an alignment rack and tell you what my caster is for free. Or do it on the floor with the appropriate gauge.
