Had the cel come on read code and P0141 came up. Changed both up and down stream sensors. Cleared code, back on after about a minute. Started checking and no voltage at the o2 sensor. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks...

One has power but the other doesn't? According to my manual, which is referring to a V6 from 2000, they both get power from the same white-red wire and are grounded via a brown wire.

I got power on both sides of the heater circuit. But nothing on the black wire.

Black wire is the output that tells the computer the reading.Screenshot_20190912-170901_MuPDF.jpg

On mine the W-R wire is feeding the heater side of the connector.
