no volume control 17 tacoma

i replaced my stock radio with a used jbl gps.lost touch on the old one. first radio put in has no volume control. i can listen on the volume it has, no up nor down on radio or steering wheel. i sent it back and the seller sent another one. either i got the same one back or same problem?? i put the stock back in and every thing works fine????

no , someone said i cant use the jbl.. every thing works fine except i cant adjust sound. sounds fine only you cant adjust

 

If you don’t have the jbl system, you can’t use the jbl radio

for the jbl system, all the volume/eq info is sent to the jbl amp and it does all the controls.
