    thats crazy! glad you caught it. I'm dealing with some bullshit at the moment too, my third member is leaking at the 3rd to housing seal. pinion seal is fine. Re-torqued all the 12mm nuts and still leaks. RAGE. check yours while your under there man cuz two were loose! they need to be 18 ft/lbs.

    Thanks! My trucks still not done, but I washed it yesterday for the first time in 10 months and unwrapped my new engine finally. Starting to rip it apart once I'm done my afternoon coffee.

    Took it for a spin this morning and it's still farting rainbows.

    Also found out if you leave one of these trucks gas tanks on extreme empty to keep the condensation down be prepared for the gauge to stay on empty. Filled it up this morning and the light is still on and the needle didn't move.

    4-6hrs tops

    all depends on if I can get my buddy with long skinny arms to help. There are some connections in the back towards the cab that are a total PITA and I have sausage fingers :D

    The new engine is complete with all the accessories so no BS swapping parts here and there.

    Havent gone on any road trips :eek:

    But i'm reporting better fuel economy and the truck does "feel better".

    I'm strongly believing that it was that sensor barely plugged in

    I agree. Just enough to cause intermittent issues, but not enough to throw a CEL.

    My understanding is that would cause a higher air reading so the ecu would dump more fuel, when in reality it wasnt needed and i was running too rich and bogging down. ever so slightly that it took a longer trip to happen, and me pulling over simply let the truck dry out a bit
