Noise that doesnt change with speed only abruptly comes on above 40ish mph, checked bearings and greased u joints, did not fix. Noise doesnt change with turning or speed. Can not replicate noise when jacked up with all wheels spinning. Engaging 4wd does not change noise.Anyone have any suggestions please?

BUCKLE UP! It makes it harder for Aliens to pull you out of your Truck.
    I’ll guess center bearing

    I haven’t a clue bud.
I can’t tell much from the video.
Does it do it in 4th gear?
Is the noise louder/quieter when you are on vs off the gas?

Geez. Sounds like a catalytic converter plugged. Ive done five on different vehicles. Check heat before and after third cat. This would be the one after both exhaust pipes connect. If hot before and cooler after then replace. Have had it twice with no engine codes.

Light is an O2 Sensor code that keeps recurring, bank 2 sensor 1. The truck makes the noise in every gear going above 40mph. And the noise doesnt get any louder on or off the gas. Ill check the exhause temps, would a plugged cat only make a noise above a certain speed?

If the cat was plugged the truck would bog down, lack power and not want to accelerate. It would struggle just getting to 40 mph

Above certain rpm range, yes it will. Had it with all the ones I've replaced. Could be that the o2 sensor is the one before the pre cat on the passenger side, being bank 2 sensor 1. That could lead to plugged pre cat.

Nope. My 08 never did. Ran great till 60 ish. My dodge did the same.
My first gen tacoma was a 2.7 and it got kicked in the nuts really bad. My other dodge work truck and the ford were noticeable but both horrible.

I've owned a lot of vehicles with cats and have never had one fail. On top of that, of all the many friends and family I have with all their vehicles, still no issues.

How on earth did you go through so many cats on such a variety of makes/models? You must have a huge collection of cars, run crappy fuel or I don't even know what else is possible? o_O

Where does the sound seem to resonate from? Front, middle, or rear of the vehicle?

Usually converters fail prematurely when unburned fuel makes it down into the exhaust. Healthy secondary ignition components (plugs, coils) are critical for converter protection

It seems to be coming from the front driver side wheel well if i had to guess, but you know how noises can bounce around inside a vehicle

If you have an old smart phone available maybe move it around the rig (secured however you like) and get some local recording/video of various areas. This might help you pin point your issue, or at least dial in a specific area to focus on in depth.
