So I installed a Bilstein 5100 Coilover lift with AAL in the rear a few weeks ago. I have noticed a noise when I hit some bumps, almost like something is loose but I have checked and nothing is loose and there doesn't appear to be anything that would be hitting or rubbing.

    Any recommendations or suggestions?

check to see that your spare tire is tight in place and that all u-bolt and other connections are torqued to proper specs.

Check your rear brake lines if you didn't bolt them back down. When i did a lift it was hard to bolt it back in place and had to zip tie so it wouldn't make any noise while driving.

Are you bump stops still in place? Do they make contact before your shocks bottom out?

I don't really know where those are... it is making noise on small bumps. No way they are bottoming out.
