2015 Tacoma TRD sport owner. Installed Eibach 5100 Coilovers with 2” lift. Experiencing a vibration from left side. I feel as though it’s the needle bearing making noise. I hope the front end alignment will resolve this issue by taking the added pressure off of CV axle. We’ll see.

99% would bet on it being the Needle bearing. I did a 2.5in lift all around my 2015 a few years back and immediately felt the vibration from the needle bearing. Replaced with the ECGS bushing and vibration was gone. Just to be safe I did the carrier bearing spacer and diff drop and havent had any issues with vibrations since. 80k miles and goin strong. TacomaHolic has a great video if you want to do it yourself. Youll need the puller tool as well.
Now im running into other issues like the lower bushing on the 5100s have separated on the drivers side, I believe my LCA bushings are on the way out as well and i had one of my CV inner boots crack and spew grease everywhere, and the drivers side one is cracking and about to go as well. I got the Dobinsons high clearance CV boot kits to replace the boots myself... just finished the passenger side one after about 2 days of fiddling with it and finally got it all back together, the ribs on the dobinsons dont touch like the OEM ones did, but not sure yet on longevity but look good so far and I trust the dobinsons brand to make quality stuff.

I was considering the ECGS replacement if the alignment doesn’t fix it. Thanks.

Update… Had the alignment done and the noise is still there. I ordered the ECGS bearing and will be installing it in the near future.
