Uploaded a youtube short of the noise coming from front suspension when going over bumps. Sorry for the wind noise in the video, but that is the best I could do to capture the noise. Should be able to hear the noise over the wind. The suspension just got installed last week. Eibach 3 inch setup with Dirt King Upper Control arm.

Does it make the noise when parked on a flat surface and you rock the truck? I had an issue like that and it took me weeks to chase down the noise. Mine would go away when I parked uphill, what it ended up being was all the metal under the hood on the drivers side was rubbing. I parked uphill and sprayed silicone around all the parts the metal came together under the battery, wheel well etc. After that the noise went away completely. Not sure if that is your issue but it will give you something to look at besides the suspension which is where we all look at first.

Nope, it only does it when I hit bumps. Just tried to rock my truck and it didn’t make the noise. Seems to be coming from the driver side only though. Purposely hit pot holes and the passenger side doesn’t seem to make the noise.

I have virtually the same noise except that now it's not just over bumps. Sometimes when I rock the truck it will make the noise and sometimes it doesn't. It squeaks on any bump in the road and even when I turn the wheels. The wife isn't heavy enough to get on my sliders and move it enough for me to get underneath and see where it's coming from. I have noticed that when it rains it goes away until everything is dried off. I remember reading a long time ago about the body mounts being shit on some trucks and needing to be replaced?

I've google this and chased it for awhile and have found a ton of different causes for other people. Another thing I heard is it could be the crash bar creaking against the frame. That was the first thing after the suspension I looked and and placed washers between the bar and frame and it seemed to make a difference but then it started again. Once I went with the silicon under the hood it went away completely and it's been a few weeks already.

I’m taking it into Toyota tomorrow so I’ll have them look at that. It’s odd because it didn’t do it before I got the new suspension installed. I read online that it could be the upper control arm not being greased enough but The upper control arms look pretty greased up so I wouldn’t think it would be that.
