Noise coming from rear end when parked

So my 2018 TRT off-road was parked in the garage and I was doing some work around it when I started to hear some electronic noise coming from the gas tank area/rear end. I let her do this for a few minutes and then I got in and started the truck and the noise went away, any idea what this is?

 

somebody else just had this same question earlier in the week. You're alright, it's a fuel evaporation leakage check

Noise comming from rear end?
Dont feel bad, we’ve all heard it too and obviously skipped that part of the manual.

 

I had the EXACT same thing happen to me, yesterday. Started the truck, turned it off, noise went away. Thanks for clarifying what that was.

Lots of vehicles have something similar. Our Subaru does the same thing.

 

Tank is purging off gases. I sleep in my truck topper and some nights I'll wake up to the same noise.
