    Can anyone tell me where the ignition noise filter is located on a 2013 Tacoma.

    in the plugs is a resistor

    No its not in this case there is a separate noise filter

    i don't think so cause when i tur the ignition to acc all my fm stations come in clear and strong when i move the key to the run position engine not running iget all interference as if i dont have any antennae attached.

    Sometimes you have to rinse all of the noise out of it with a little AC/DC. It's like backwashing a pool filter.

    I can't see that being the noise filter because the coils aren't doing anything until the engine is running.
    Maybe try unplugging the alternator and see if it changes, that turns on with ignition.
