noise from heater a/c

    i have a strange ticking noise when my heater or a/c os on. any answers.

    I had a scraping noise when I turned the blower motor on and found a couple of leaves had fallen down into the gerbil cage (or whatever you call it) below the cabin filter. There's 3 small self taps holding it in place. Remove them and the cage can be lowered to clean it.
