Noise from rear end when decelerating or accelerating

I have a noise coming from the rear end of my 2014 Tacoma when decelerating or accelerating under load. It sounds like an old 50s chevy truck where whine.
Toyota has already replaced the rear end under warranty but with no chang. The noise is still there. It seems to get louder on long trips.

 

Take it back to the dealer. Or better yet, another dealer, as it's still under warranty and your problem was not corrected.

Out of curiosity, what evidence do you have that they actually 'changed' the rear end? See old parts, something look different, etc? Is it possible they 'told' you they changed the rear end?

And exactly what do you mean by that? Gearset? Full diff, axles and all?

PS, you are in the wrong forum. 3rd Gen is the future. Your truck is a 2nd gen. Suggest asking a mod to move this to the correct place...........
