Noise heard that Toyota refuses to address.

I wish, not any mods really worth noting, just a bull bar with a led/amber light. Mainly to help distinguish my car from all the other grey Tacomas, which is a lot around here, then a simple GA flag decal in the back.

 

Is sounds like the cab bushing I would do as some said spray one at a time with a lube and see if it goes away .
Also ….. the fact that you brought it in before shows it’s an on going problem . It should be warranty

I concur with cab bushing. Grease them next time noise happens to see if it goes away temporarily.

Something to remember: Unless things have changed, if you report a problem under warranty that they "can't duplicate" and it happens again: you're covered forever...
xInfinity. Keep your receipts and bring it back every time it happens. Eventually you'll get a loaner if you complain to Corporate.
