Noise issue? Do I need new leaf springs?

I got a 1999 Tacoma Prerunner with 280,000 miles. Paid $3000 for it. Runs great, other than a noise issue when I step on the gas. Sounds like a rattling noise in the back. When I lay off the gas, the noise goes away. Only when I step on the gas pedal this noise occurs. Could it be back drum breaks? Leaf springs? I took some pics of the leaf springs and other areas of the trucks suspension. If anyone wants to take a look at these and let me know if they see something I should replace or anything wrong or any tips, would be greatly appreciated! A little background; I’m the 6th owner, truck spent most of its life in Florida but has been in Indiana for a few years now.
