Noise issue? Do I need new leaf springs?

    1999 Tacoma Prerunner
    I got a 1999 Tacoma Prerunner with 280,000 miles. Paid $3000 for it. Runs great, other than a noise issue when I step on the gas. Sounds like a rattling noise in the back. When I lay off the gas, the noise goes away. Only when I step on the gas pedal this noise occurs. Could it be back drum breaks? Leaf springs? I took some pics of the leaf springs and other areas of the trucks suspension.
