    Hello,
Just wondering if any of you all have heard or know what this noise is. When I back out of my garage, put truck in drive, and slowly start moving forward....i hear this noise on the passenger side. It sounds weird and the only way I can describe it is like a rope being pulled quickly through a gloved hand. Does anyone else hear this? I have a 2011 DCSB 4x4 V6 Sr5. I think its coming from the front wheel but I couldnt be certain. Truck has 5300 miles and its done it since new. Ive searched but don't really know how to describe it in short terms so i couldnt fine anything

    Thanks in advance!

have the same noise on my '11, it's totally normal. i would describe the noise more like an air ratchet, lasts for about half a second. can't remember what the sound is, but i do remember reading about it.
