    is this normal?
I jack up the 2 front wheels (wheels of the ground)and the then place my hands in a 9and3 o'clock position and start wiggling/shaking the tires. Should this make any loud noise?

You should be ok then as far as the ball joints go, IMO. What are you hearing? Any drive ability issues?

I don't want to do anything until they fix the noise.
still under warranty and I did bring it for service, which they said is normal.
if anybody is having this type of noise then its normal

Take it to the dealer and let them help you. It's called a Warranty. When that fails call customer service corporate.

Hard to tell what the problem would be stock. On lifted applications it's sometimes the sway bar hitting the coil spring, in which case a sway bar relocation is in order but on a stock truck...?
Does your coil spring look like its seated properly on its perch?

I was thinking it has to do with the TIE ROD
since I mention shaking the tires on a 9and3oclock position is making the noise
    little tire play(loose?)

You could try to snug 'em up. Or try a different dealership or escalating to a corporate case.

@smitty99 post are always useful. sometimes it is just for a laugh though. In this case, it's both. He posted the number to solve your problem. All Hawaii dealers will tell it's normal. you could drive in with your motor dragging on the ground and your exhaust pipe shooting Heineken and they will say that's normal. That number will help you. Sadly, this maybe your only option to get results brah.

Calling corporate is my normal first step. They give you things like candy, bags of crisps, fruit snacks, or platinum 125k warranties and 75k Extra Care.

    Yum
