Non-LED hyper-blink (blinker relocation)

Hey gang,
I did the blinker relocation mod using a 1157 bulb & socket. Searching for the hyper-blink fix, but can only find LED fixes. What is the fix for non-LED? Would an 1156 bulb be the fix?

I have two bulbs in the corner marker. The original stock marker bulb, and the new 1157 bulb & socket. Using a hole saw, I drilled a second hole to accept additional sockets & bulbs. I wired the sockets using the existing turn signal wiring (adding 2ft. of additional wire so it would reach. Factory Green wire to socket Red, and factory white to socket white. So now I have the factory marker and new additional turn both in the corner light.
