Non LED Hyper Flash issue

So I started my truck the other day and when I went to take a left turn my turn signal began to hyper flash. The passenger side works perfectly normal and I checked all my bulbs but they are all working normally. Anybody ever have this issue and fix it? My guess its either the Turn signal stalk, Flasher module, and possibly a bad bulb.
