So two days ago, I tried to buy some sheet music (a .pdf file) from this site everynote.com, I have bought sheet music several times from that web, I've always used my credit card, and since I recently created a paypal account I decided to give it a try....

So the process is simple, add items to shopping cart, then log in, select payment method, then a download page shows up, and you download files, and thats it....

When I picked up the Paypal, it sent me to paypal log in, then i payed, and clicked "go back to vendor site" where it was supposed to be the download page, and nope, no download page..... So I checked my Paypal account and the money is charged....

I sent the website an email explaining what happened, and that i needed a URL to get my download, well its been two days and had no response so far.... so What should I do?? Do i start a complaint directly at PayPal, or just hang around??

Sorry for the Long read...... had to get it off my chest....

I'd assume you could contest the charge just the same as a credit card.

    1) Go to their location
    2) Walk in and kick someone in the nuts.
    3) Take all the music
    4) Play away

I sent them this email about 3 hours ago, no response yet

I have no response yet, do you think that 30 hrs of waiting for the reply of the first email I sent is enough??? I mean, they should have at least sent me a confirmation that they got the email by now....
