This is my 4th Tacoma. I use them for work, daily driver (live in the mountains) and some minor off-roading.

    mods:

    17” RockTrix wheels -12 offset
    285/70/17 KO2s

    3” RC Vertex front coilovers
    Freedom Off-road UCAs
    2.75” OME rear leaf springs
    RC Vertex rear shocks
    1.25 Spitertrax
    Cab Mount Chop

    K&N (knockoff) intake
    Stromung “Tucker” exhaust

    Some cosmetic crap.

    In the near future:
    5.29 gears with e-locker
    OvTune
    maybe Y-pipe

Geez for a “noob” you have some great mods considering your comment on “minor off-roading”. You should promote yourself well above noob. Great looking truck.

In a serious debate with myself on getting those RC Vertex coilovers. How do you like them?!

JUST got these put in Thursday! From when I ordered them back in December & going back n forth with RC...Ran into an “issue” with my front set. Usually these are preloaded for plug & play per your lift. In my case I have a 6” fabtech lift (ordered the 6” set)...after install my front end dropped down 3 inches, couldn’t even turn my wheel a quarter turn without rubbing etc. They assured me they sent the correct struts. After a few calls etc they sent me another set & still same thing...all in all I had to torque down my preload nut quite a bit (2 inches) to get my front end back to correct ride height.
