    Hey guys, new to the Tacoma world. Just picked up my first Tacoma 2016 TRD OffRoad and LOVE IT! I have had some frontiers, but am excited about my Toy. Little concerned about the .5 liter difference between the two. Def can tell the tranny changing a lot more, or maybe I'm crazy.

    The tranny will learn your driving. mine took about 1,000 miles to settle in and start shifting right. Also, Toyota is working on a new remap to solve the shifting problems from what I've heard.

    Thanks guys! The head unit said it was downloading an update and didn't say what it was for. Little confusing b/c never had a vic that did that before, but make sense.
