    Hey guys,
Big fan of Tacoma world! I have been lurking for some time as a guest, graduated to making a profile for more extensive research, and now have decided it is time to get a bit more involved. I am more than impressed with the vast amount of knowledge shared on this site, truly impressive. I visit the web site daily and feel I have picked up on most etiquette used but feel free to send any helpful tips my way.

Quick about me: From northern California (Tahoe area), 3 years ago I moved to west Texas to build power line/gain experience in the electric utility industry. While I have been disappointed in the landscape and available outdoors activities here in west Texas, I have been pleasantly surprised with the genuine people down here.

I purchased a 2010 Double cab, short bed, super white, base model, 4x4 with 60,000 miles in November of 2015. While I have big plans for the truck, I am going to take my time to thoroughly research any mod I plan on doing beforehand. I would like to start small (intermittent wiper switch, hood struts) then move on to bigger and better things (Extended travel suspension, clearance for 35’s). I am aiming for an expedition/exploration rig capable of somewhat serious off-roading.

Look forward to learning more about my Tacoma while drooling over all the builds on here

P.S. I know I have a brush guard and its lame but until I get a plate bumper it’s staying. I have grown accustom to a little added protection up front and I like it.
