NorCal Annual camping trip July 2012

I have 0 guns to contribute, but I'd kick down some money for ammo to be able to shoot a couple. I've only shot a .45 and 9mm once before.

 

Yes bring Ammo and LOTS of it

 

Ok well let me know what type and I can bring some. I have no clue about guns and ammo. Not looking to go crazy shooting, but definitely want to try some out.

Ill probably bring a few cases, but don't want to be running shit through yer gunz.

Are we going to try and camp at the same place we did last year?

 

No we are not we are camping at a lake further up the mountain.

 

I'll be driving through to Wa at that time, so I may make it. The dirt road to the lake is off of Hennepass road correct? Do you have pics of the area you will be camping? Good tree's near, will I be able to hang a hammock?

 

No that's the other side of the highway it's off Meadow lake road and there is plenty of trees there but they are big.

 

Is there a different way to go other than what google maps is saying. It says to take Henness Pass Road after getting off the 89. Seems like a very round about way.


Also what time are people leaving the Bay on Friday?

 

I think me and my father in law are leaving in the morning/afternoon. He's big on fishing and probably wants to get his kayak in the water. Maybe we can start a bay area convoy?

I will have the trail marked where to turn off there is like 5 Henness Pass Road turn off's and one takes you the old way in and that's rough Google will most likely take you that way. We have always took Meadow lake road but I am seeing that Google has it listed as Henness Pass/Meadow lake Road .

Oh Yeah

I'm thinking it would save us quite a bit of money going in on food like we did last time. But if everyone go's that's on the list it's going to be crazy cooking for that many people.
