I can't believe it's the 1st time I have seen this thread. Pictures look awesome! Looks like I missed out.

I saw what I thought was Alvin's truck on a tow truck when I was heading out to Stockton this weekend, but I wasn't sure. Now hearing that he got towed home I guess it was. What happened?

    yep. that was probablly him.
on our way out of camp there was dust and sun blocking his vision, and he ran right into a pretty big rock that he didnt see. Looks like he may have bent something, the drivers side tire wasnt pointing straight. Then on the drive home, it looked like both front tires were pointing a little outward and leaning inward.

    back to bone stock.
this is a fantastic thread covering a fantastic trip..sadly, i missed out.

so besides the effed up alignment, any other casualties? some of the trails look rough; were there easier routes to bypass? my rig is relatively stock, but i would love to participate on the next trip..

my bathroom is finished, and my honey do list is honey done!

I lost track thousands of dollars ago.

There is a bypass for all of the hard lines in the pictures we had a stock FJ do the trail with no issues it's just kinda ass puckering when stock.

I messed up my front fender and beat the shit out of my stock skid plate other them that nothing.

The stock FJ did not go up past the fork on Fordyce and I wouldnt suggest a stock rig go that way. Sliders and 33"s recommended.

I think Alvin has 31" M/Ts and the black FJ (Alfred?) had 32" A/Ts (I think), but sliders for sure needed on Fordyce.

Everyone was cool on Eagles Lake Trail though, and that's were most of the pics were from.

Yea. Im tge stock FJ. No Fordyce Creek for me.
I did however, find yesterday that I have a small drip out of my rear diff I believe. Oops. Was hoping my obly damage was the cosmetic damage, but looks like more.
Sorry to hear about that, Alvin:(

Alvin has 32's but yes sliders and body armor is highly recommended to go to the top Of Fordyce. I bashed up my bumpers going up but it's plate steel so noting a little rattle can won't fix :D

I did it on 31" AT's. It's not whats on the truck but who is driving the truck.;) I have a OME lift, sliders and budbuilt skids tho. Does anyone have a picture of me 3-wheeling? If not I'm going back for another pose, LOL.
