Thanks for taking care of that Jerry. The food list is CLOSED (OP updated - 30 people). To be honest, $20-$25 is very reasonable for 4 meals, ESPECIALLY with you cooking everything :D (I'll help you of course).

Update us if want anyone to bring anything. I think someone said they can bring utensils/napkins? Keak is bringing a shit ton of firewood. And I'll volunteer to bring garbage bags. Anything else?

Everyone knows there's no piped water available at the campsite right? Bring a jug-o-water for drinking, cleanup, toothbrushing, etc...

We have one of the big orange water jug (10 gallons)

Thinking about dropping a block of ice in it and filling it with water. Should give us at least two days of cool water.

Does anyone know where to get blocks of ice?

Jerry, I have a small twin propane stove. Not sure if that will help much. Do I need a permit to light the stove?

I'm thinking of taking lagunitas for the tri tip.

No, the pic that was on the last page said that gas burners are okay. Charcoal bbq's look to be the ones that aren't allowed right now, since they could tip and send embers everywhere.

Someone can call the forest service tomorrow to be sure, but as I read the order,

    http://www.fs.usda.gov/Internet/FSE_DOCUMENTS/stelprdb5431142.pdf

where we're camping is still in the "low" fire danger area of the map and even still - charcoal fires would be permitted in "developed" campgrounds.

Ok, we can bring our gas grill, it'll fit on the trailer fine.
Is 4 burners big enough Jerry? Do you need the rotisserie too? :D
