NORCAL caravan thread to Rock Therapy MOAB

Ok just trying to figure this whole trip out . planning on staying in Vegas for a day then head to moab.

btw, in Moab we were doing like 10-12 hour days. So like 4 days of that was starting to strain on me. Call me pretty lol

 

I could see that would start to wear on ya. Plus the stress of not messing up your truck.

 

Yea tell me about it. I drove off a cliff last year and it tripped me out. I wheeled the next day, but then I started to really think about it and had to take a break the day after. Not gonna lie, every now and then I still think about that moment

 

I know how you feel. I lost my tire on the freeway last month and now when my truck gets that movement. I always feel my tire is going to fall off . I take turns so slow right now.

 

what caused that? didn't properly torque down lugs?

 

Either not properly trq or the lugs were too fatigued.

 

If I put some shirts/ swetshirts/tanks together for this trip would you all want to sport one of my shirts to Moab? I'd so a pre sale and I'm planing on doung something with the TRD font.

 

Hey Felipe, keep in mind that NYCO and co. already have a Rock Therapy t-shirt for the event. I, of course don't mind wearing one of yours , but if you're going to be selling them, I'd run it by NYCO first to see if it's cool.

 

Well I wouldn't sale any there. I'd run a presale here, and if you guys wanted to wear them that would be cool. I'm thinking more of a Toyota enthusiast t shirt. Once I get everything together I'll post it and see what you guys think. Any suggestions are welcomed.

either way, I'd rock one at Moab. Just try not to make it black because it can get hot as balls out there

 

8 years and a lot of wheeling, might just be time to replace all the studs. ARP is always a good choice.

Dang things are not cheap. I just need to find longer lugs or open end ones.
