    I'd consider pulling the motor (to keep)(only because I actually want a 5vz-fe to rebuild anyway)... basically, the rest wouldn't be worth the time or effort.

    If I were to do a major project it would be specifically a 6 lug, 96 or 97, standard cab, preferably auto and 5vz-fe. But I'd be willing to trans and engine swap if needed.
