    Well, went down there to look at it, but turns out it is for a long bed. Didn't actually see it in person but the wife of the guy selling it answered and said that another tacoma owner had come right before me and they measured it and it's for a 6 foot bed.

    Oh well, maybe someone else on here will go for it!

    Do you guys think it would be worth picking up that shell and then having it color matched BSP? I would think if it kept it under a grand total it would be worth it. Any concerns or experience with that?

    Might be... I didn't get a look at it so I'm not sure how clean it is but could be worth a shot. depends how far away you are though

    I'm in Grass Valley so its only an hour away. Im going to call around and get some quotes on paint real quick. Im getting new Duratracs next week and I cant afford a brand new shell too. Hoping this works!

    Good luck! My brother lives in Grass Valley, and we found him a shell a few years ago.
    Got it pretty cheap because a window was missing and the screen was a little torn, but he just fixed it himself. His truck is white and the shell was red, but he couldn't care less haha.
    Even if you snag it you can;t paint it farther down the road. No need to paint it immediately unless it is something that would reaaaaally bug you.
