Pains me to do this (and I'll probably catch some flack), but seeing if anyone is interested in my 5 16x8 4.0 BS SCS SR8 gunmetal and 4 285/75/16 Duratracs. Love this set up and look, but the tires won't balance and I can't keep trying new shops to get it right. Was told they are out of round and have a hop in them. Since this is my DD, I need to have good tires and can't afford to keep the rims and get new tires. So looking to sell the set up for what I have into them (minus mounting costs) and pick up a new set of tires for some other rims I have. A couple wheels have some rock rash on the rings but its not bad. $700 and comes with lugs.

Will get more pics when I leave my office.

What about some balance beads in the tires? I've never used them but that might work to get them balanced ?

    Wrecked!
Sometimes it just happens to the tires, you just have to fight to get warranty to replace them but with a tire that dosnt have that you get fucked. Been there , had to buy a new tire
Because les swab wouldnt warranty atire that had a less then 5000 miles on it. Yet they never could balance it from day one , went to 5 different les swabs none of them could balance it, and they srewed me once, but lost my business for life.
Point is, sometimes you have to cut your loss. If there cupped that bad there no good for road driving. They will wear out all sorts of shit. Wheel bearings, bushings, ect. The vibes will destroy shit quick.

Road force and it’ll be for sure if they’re out of round. Beings that you had them before and never complained I’m gonna go with something is afoot

Eh, rather just start fresh. Haven’t heard great outcomes with balance beads.

Trust me I knew I should have gone new, but dilly dilly.

Who knows. Probably just my luck.

Took it to two different places with road force machines. Both told me the same thing. I do have 190k on the truck with original parts, so I’m sure some of it is that but it road smooth with the original street tires.

TLDR: should have gone new like I knew I should have.

Hell to the no. I will not release that information. It was a fair buy, you had no knowledge of any defects and who knows it could not be the tires. Part of dealing with used tires...that I told myself I’d never do again last time I bought used. Haha
