    Those are running boards/nerf bars.

Generally running boards connect to the body and sliders connect to the frame. Sliders generally can hold the weight of the truck while running boards will either bend and/or dent the tar out of the rocker panels.

If you’re in the market I’d recommend (saving ups some more) buying some bolt on sliders.

BAMF makes some nice ones I’ve been eyeing.

I really like the old All pro ones but they have been going through some turmoil recently...

That being said I’m running nerf bars on my truck right now :anonymous:

That and your a 98 they came with them that way I believe. Ricks truck has manual hubs, I think he was the one telling me the early yrs of first gens had them.
for 2nd gens it doesn't make since to spend $1500 to do a manual hubs when replacing the current ones on my truck cost $200 . When it comes to simple, less moving parts is way more simple to me. But I guess some people fear having to press bearings together. but it makes total since for you as your started from nothing up front and easier. I was only referring to the upgrade not really being an upgrade for must of us.
What !! all pro merging with trail gear. Hmm.
There is a local guy that can get deep discounts on trail gear. Sidetracked off road. Hes in folsom. Got me me rear billys for cheap. Hes on here but i haven't seen him post in yrs now.i still see him on CL so hes around, he builds Crawlers out of his garage.

All most all off road fab shops are busy and have wait times for alot of shit. And with the new tax on foreign steel your going to see price hikes soon most likely.

I may have tweaked a few things...
Anyone have a car stereo amp they’d like to sell/trade? I only need 40 Watts *rms x2 and compatible with the stock non-JBL head unit.

I have (4) 6.5” Alpine speakers that have been in the garage for a few years. I was thinking of replacing the lower door speakers with (2) of them, hence the amp. The other (2) could be for trade or w/e.

Have you seen the compact amps they sell now? If not looking for a lot of power you can get a 4 channel amp for not too much $$. Certainly the ease of installzation since you can hide these behind dash makes it somewhat worthwhile. Here is an example but not the only one. https://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_113553_Sony-XM-S400D.html

    2.5" x 6.5" x 1.5" !!!

Yeah Alpine has the Power Pack which is very similar. It's still $100 though too so I figured I'd check first for something cheaper used.
