That camper was mine, he traded me for a LEER XL 100 about 5 months ago.

The thing he doesn't realize is I had that thing on C.L. all over California, and he was the only email I got!! I didn't pay a dime for that thing, so good luck to him on that... (plus needs some work on paint, chips all over it)

I emailed him about the basket and he wants $550 for it. Did you include the basket?

The basket is all him, I had a Yakima rack on it and I would not include in the deal. He was a cool dude, just over priced everything he had.

He as trying to trade me a long weekend in Hawaii (parents condo) for a bed slide system, seemed a little shady...

Yeah Nick you can do a DIY paint job (like how I did with my fenders) for less than $100

Took me 5 offers on 5 houses to get my last house. The market is pretty cold now. The house has been on the market 3 months and has only had 1 offer that was a low ball a couple months ago.

you don't want to move out here bro....south sac, oak park :( LOL

    MLK and fruitridge

I bought it when I was 23. then I met my wife, then we had a kid, and now he is ready to start school...time to move out ASAP!
nobody messes with me, but its still a really shady area. I wouldn't let my boy walk to school if he was in junior high on his own that's for sure.....

I'm looking at homes in West Sacramento. Was born in raised out their, good area to live.

Got the house. Let the 30 day escrow commence. Yes this means no money for mods. Even craigslist mods.
