    they Say less is more.
    If you want gains work out less eat more. Keep it in control though. It's a balance.
    Workout to much you burn more then you intake. Thus lean and trim. Trust me it's a hard balance. Its hard to do without getting fat.

    Work out less. Dosnt mean less days. Just less reps, less cardio. Focus on select muscle groups each day and not full body every day. It's hard to grasp, but it works. I used an app. 3 or 4 day workout weeks and gains happen quick. Weird how less is more.

    What app do you use? I've been having trouble motivating after the accident. One thing I really like is how little food I eat now.

    When I raced mountain bikes a long ass time ago I got obsessed with more volume is better and lighter is faster. Ride more and more and lose weight more and more. All that gets you is super skinny, slow and sick.

    Went from 3rd Gen Taco to 3GT4R to 2nd Gen Taco and finally a V8 4GT4R.
    Lol believe it or not thats actually how they look..my second gen one was higher than the cab height

    Plus it was a couple days before I fine tuned the topper to be how I wanted it on the bedsides and positioning
