Speaking of your ford, how is your business doing with all of this Covid-19 stuff going on?

went out to the delta Monday for a day trip. Launched the boat and fired it up and there was gas spilling from the engine shell. Popped the lid off and the damn carbs are leaking again. 3rd time in 3 years. We still launched with my trolling motor and were out there most the day, didnt get a single bite. Cursed from the beginning!

Anyone want a nice fishing boat? Just needs carbs rebuilt. I think im going to move on from it even with the sentimentality of it. Im pulling this trolling motor and the screens off but otherwise its ready to rock after the carbs are replaced/rebuilt.

We’re doing OK. Business is down to a very slow trickle as elective surgeries are all currently cancelled. Luckily our SBA Business Loan has waived all payments for the next 6 months. Literally cried when I found out. Would be outta business in 2-3 months otherwise. Wife works from home, actually has more hours than before. I drink and yell at my kids all day...

Thanks for asking, I hope you and everyone here gets through this bullshit as unscathed as possible. Can’t wait for TW fishing day!

TackleWarehouse is a great place to shop. They have a LOT of things in stock all the time, good customer service, and if you spend $50 or more an order, they will ship your stuff overnight for free.

I dunno, unless its the only lure you want to use for the rest of your life, I'd get every color BUT black...

What are you looking to target mainly? Striper? Or black bass? I've been able to nail down a few good baits for the black bass out at the Delta.

Delta Saturday = fun day with loads of smallmouth and largemouth caught. Tide was high most of the afternoon, and it showed in the amount of action I had. All caught on a ned rig.

Russian River today = lame as shit. No bites, but did find a fully intact deer skull with antlers. Definitely going to clean it and keep it on my shelf.

Looking for Black Bass. I was looking at frogs and then trying to figure out good jigs. Just watching a bunch of YouTube videos to figure out what they are using and putting it in my cart.

Nice! I always have the best luck with jigs on the delta. My main go-to is the ned rig. Simple as hell to rig up, and catches tons of fish. Green pumpkin color is my main juice too. I actually experimented with the different colors late last year, and green pumpkin color caught fish at least 4:1 over other colors I have. If I pull up into a murky spot though, its always black and blue flake.
