    Was sick most of last week and into the weekend, but went out super last minute with my brother (who is new to fishing) on Sunday and tried for some bass. Didn’t get much of anything for footage, but tried to compile something:

    Between the two of us, probably caught 40 bass (mostly 10-12 inchers) but got a few that were 15+ inches. Lost another 10 or so in snags and from them “spitting” the lure.

    Can’t forget the fish fry platter photo. Made some fish and potatoes for my brother and his fiancé after we got off the water Sunday afternoon. This was some leftover bass from a couple of weeks ago that I had filleted.

    Switched up the frying as I cooked the nuggets up as well.... did some that were less crispy, medium, and super crispy. All tasted good, but the darker, crispier ones took the cake for me. Breading used was the Louisiana fish fry (lemon flavor) brand-Never disappoints.
