I'd be in for a slick rock/corral hollow run. One more week of finals then its tuning up the new rig and wheeling

You need sliders to run slick rock if you do you will get body damage. But it's about 2.5 to 3 hours away.

Hey Jerry, how does Slick Rock compare to Eagles Lake or the beginning part of Fordyce Trail that we did last year?

Slick Rock's obstacles are harder than Eagle Lakes. The trail itself is not bad. If you remember driveshaft hill, there will be a similar obstacle towards the end. No bypass but you will have a option once you get half way up to take a easy or hard line. Locker recommended, not needed. Other than a couple tight squeezes, the trail is doable for most. I would recommend sliders and skids, sliders a must unless you want damage. I will be headed that way possibly this weekend will report back with pictures.:D

It looks like Slick Rock & Corral Hollow is what the trip is going to be. I'll leave it for the weekend to see where the count is.

not 100% sure if i can make it but if i can would the nerf bars on the side of my taco be enough to protect it? (no sliders)
One of the bars is partially bent from the previous owner slamming it into a fat boulder.

FWIW, HIYota did it.... I don't think he took any real damage, but he never put the weight of the truck on them, which, I anticipate you may have to do on this trail.

MJ, you've taken that thing out wheeling before haven't you? As long as its our year or older sports, we should be able to make it most places the locked guys can. I doubt the e-LSD guys will make it anywhere though.
