you can use it as spare if you get a tire shop to patched the sideway.

I took a photo. I was thinking reusing the all pro one was a bad idea. Does it make since the vibe went away after pulling the skid off the case. I dont feel the vibe anymore but I only drove a couple miles.

PM me more pics when you can, and grab a measurement of how far back that exhaust comes from the transmission crossmember. And a pic on the other side of the truck where it joins in.

this should be fixable, it's just not advisable by tire shops and manufacturers because they don't want the liability.

If I had free time and a tire mounter accessible to me, I'd cement the inside, remount the tire, pressure it up for a few minutes for the cement to seep into the crack, pull the tire off and use a rubber over the site.

    always use protection.

Protection... Haha. Anyone in the Bay Area know a place I might just keep it as a spare if they can fix it up good enough.

Also... I'm sure I'm not the only one experiencing this right now:

Sidewalls are a tricky thing. They bear the load in turns and support the vehicle. A hole in the sidewall makes it more susceptible to blowouts and the patches are unreliable.

If it were me, I would look for a new one.
