Best thing about college, was floating the river attached to 20 sorority hotties all summer long. :D Starting at Sunrise and ending by CSUS. It was a good 2-3 hours float.

did you forget the :jerkoff: special sauce??

    haha just kidding.

The easiest way is to use a GOOD non-stick pan for the cheese portion. For the toasting portion, it's actually better to use a skillet or a carbon steel pan at around 300-350F.

Cut a single pad of butter 1mm thick per half of English Muff. Place the nooks and crannies towards the stove w/ the pad of butter sandwiched between the pan and the muffin. You want the Maillard reaction occuring to create browning (oft mistaken as carmelization) on the English Muff, this needs good heat. If you put a weight on top of the muffin it helps with the heat transfer from the pan so it browns quicker as well as getting crispier and in the case of a non-stick pan you don't end up over heating the pan causing Teflon out-gassing by the time it browns w/o a weight.

Once that's done, move over to a good 300-350F non-stick pan with absolutely zero nicks or scratches, place a 1"x2" 3mm thick rectangle of sharp/extra sharp cheddar under each English Muff half. Twist and turn so the cheese spreads evenly. If you do it right, there should be no residue at the end of the cooking procedure. The Cheddar should begin to slightly brown at the edges when done.

Oh.....that's the reason. There's actual technique LOL. I just took the cheese and slapped it on the muffin.

She wore real shoes to hike out to it, then wanted to be barefoot. After 16 years I have learned not to tell her what to do. lol

Nope, doesn't look like it. Would be nice to get a date going that everyone can attend. Eric's been holding my grille for so long I can't even remember. It's hard to meet up with people on here unless it's a mod day/wheeling trip set in stone.

That's like buying all pro expos, and a set of king coilovers and rear shocks, throwing it in your bed and say you have a 3" lift. Same parts, different end result. ;)

It should be perfect on Russian River this weekend. My friends were out there today it was over 90. Tomorrow I'll be at Lake Sonoma which should be 97 degrees.

Almost all schools are out today... hella drunk titties this weekend. Last 2 weeks were all the graduations
